It is a pleasure to be working with people who exude their Light with passion and commitment. Love and Gratitude to Kasanag! God is good!

Three months ago, I started taking yoga classes at a wellness centre that I knew little of, but from the first time I entered the venue, I instantly felt I was in the right place. The name itself, KASANAG, means light, enlightened, bright… and Kasanag Well-being Centre certainly stands up for its name. With it new place, it is truly a haven for weary souls like mine. Other than the candles, the aroma, the sound of flowing water and the elements of wood and stone that provide a calming and relaxing atmosphere, there’s a tangible feeling of warmth and sincerity from their staff.
Kasanag’s services (the Foot Conductor Therapy is a personal favourite) are rendered by skilled and passionate personnel. The Power Stretch or Yoga Class, taught by the muy simpatico Ravi, not only promotes physical fitness but also generates focus and inner peace. I haven’t felt good and at peace in years… have I mentioned I lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks?
With Love and Gratitude, I applaud Atho and the rest of the people behind Kasanag Well-being Centre for their generosity and ardor in promoting holistic wellness. May you continue to be the Light to us, Illongos, in our transition to becoming an enlightened people.

It is in Kasanag that I feel relaxed. You see, it’s not just massage per se that promotes well-being. It’s having one done by a person who is not only trained in proper massage but also by someone who exudes a positive aura. That’s what Kasanag Centre has, too. That’s why after my hilot session here, I feel really relaxed and content.

If you are a soul yearning for both health and balance in your life, the yoga (power stretch) program of Kasanag is one thing you could benefit from.
Five months ago, i had trouble sleeping. When I heard about the benefits of Hatha Yoga through a friend, i did not have any misgivings. I committed myself three to four times a week doing asanas for an hour. My experience these recent months did not only bring benefit to my body but to my mind and spirit as well. The discipline inspires me to develop my lifestyle, not to mention the calming effects it has on me and the better sleep i have been enjoying.
I personally commend Atho for choosing the name Kasanag for it has been indeed ‘light’ to me and to all its clients.
